What Causes Sore Hip Bones While Sitting?
I am 23 and study from home, but when i sit down to do my work my hip bones get sore and sometimes the discomfort doesnt go away for days. It has kept me up at night a couple of times and a particular part of my lower back gets sore too. It has been going on for a few months now and i cant sit or stand for long periods.
