Hi I have had a sore inside my left nostril for a few weeks now it is very sore and tender to even touch my nose especially at the tip I haven t used any products or medicines as I hoped it would go by itself but it doesn t seem to be easing at all should I go to doctors or just leave it

Please meet your doctor as a sore in the tip can be dangerous and the infection can spread throughout your face. You will need a course of antibiotics , please meet your doctor for the prescription. meanwhile you can start applying muirocin ointment on the sore 3-4 times a day. It will help.
