What Causes Sore Like Areas On Inner Labia Minora?

I developed a fever of 101F 3 days ago which has resolved, had malaise, sore throat, headache, and chills. Got a strep test 2 days ago and waiting for the results so I was started on Penicillin V. After 24 hours of taking the Penicillin I developed itchy throat and various itchy small red blisters on the palms of my hands so I figured it was an allergy and stopped taking the antibiotic. A few hours later I noticed a few tiny sore-like areas on my inner labia minora but they are neither itchy nor painful. I had my period for the past few days is it possible that it is a viral infection (Coxsackie) that i transferred from my hands to my genital area? I did have unprotected sexual contact 8 days ago but the other person said he was clean. I am in hospitals a lot for school clinicals and use public transportation

Hello,

Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for a antihistamines drug like Cetirizine once a day till your symptoms resolve.

Please start on Tablet Tacoma O, twice a day for 5 days. Usually, this will not cause you allergic reaction.

For local vaginal application, use of ointment containing antibacterial and antifungal and mild steroid agents will be of help.
