What Causes Sore Neck Along With Headache And Nausea?

In the past week almost every day around 4 to 5pm I start having very sore neck, moderate headache and nausea. It lasts 3 to 4 hours, sometimes even 6 hours. I have to lie down during those hours. I have been taking Advil and it helps a little. I am wondering what may cause these symptoms. Thank you!

My advice would be to visit a physician in person as complete information is not provided (age, gender, occupation etc). Reasons can be multifactorial like migraine or visual refractory errors or occupational exhaustion.
