What Causes Sore Neck With Constant Headache?

I have had a headache for 5 or more days, I NEVER get headaches. I always go on the computer 3-4 hours a day sometimes breaks, sometimes no breaks. but this has never happened before. Then yesterday when i woke up my neck was sore i thought it was just becuz i had a kink but i can feel a lump feels about the size of a golf ball maybe a bit smaller. its not on my throat, it doesnt hurt when i swallow, no other flu symtoms just a 5 day headache, sort of a mild headache. Im very worried tho......
