What Causes Sore Neck With Lump In Armpit?

Hello. I am 28, and have been experiencing some problems. It started in Nov 2010 when I had a sore neck (not throat). I also experienced weakness. I went to the Doctor and he thought it might be some sort of reflex in my throat from spicy foods. My CBC was normal when I went back in December. I have now basically had varying leg fatigue since then, as well as a very recent "lump" in my right armpit. I went to the same Dr (I have been several times in the last few months to him) and he felt it and said it didn't feel like lymph node swelling. It is a large lump and feels fatty...could it be fat? He took another CBC and it turned out normal as well. I have had heavy anxiety over my health, and am quite scared. My wife thinks the anxiety is leading to it, and my tests have been normal. I feel the symptoms...could it be in my head?
