What Causes Sore Nipples?
My nipples have been sore for about two months like it hurts if I bump them or. My arms rub up against them but I actually looked at them in the mirror and they have a bruised ring around them. No chance of being pregnant and my monthly I so so not regular anymore once every three months or so

Hi,
Sore nipples can be due to infection locally of the skin, so by using topical ointment your problems can be solved, like fusiderm. If not USG of both breast will have to be done.
