Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i advise you to avoid sexual contact, without protection.
The scrotal area can get infected with HPV virus, commonly as warts.
You should screen the entire genital area, best done by visiting a doctor.
They're contagious and can spread with sexual contact.
High risk HPV virus can cause cancer, but scrotal warts are not that prone.
Safest step you should take is get it examined. HPV virus isn't known to cause migraine.Send a photo,to me, as a direct question, for expert opinion.
