What Causes Sore On Penis?
I have had a small sore on on penile shaft just below the head, its so small you can hardly see it, like a small freckle. It hurts during sex but at no other time, it wont heal and i havent had sex since i noticed the pain. I had nurse check it out and she said its to small to be an STI. would that be true? Its been two months and it hasnt healed or changed

The sore on the Penis is commonly due to sexually transmitted infections which may present as warts, rashes, blisters or bumps. Other factors causing it can be allergies or autoimmune diseases.
Visit ER, get physically examined & evaluated. You need antibiotics & antivirals.
Physical examination & STD tests will help to rule out Genital warts, genital herpes, chancroid, syphilis, granuloma inguinale & lymphogranuloma venereum, etc.
Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected. You are suggested to avoid sex till you are being treated. Always perform safe sex & avoid multiple partners.
