I have had a small sore on on penile shaft just below the head, its so small you can hardly see it, like a small freckle. It hurts during sex but at no other time, it wont heal and i havent had sex since i noticed the pain. I had nurse check it out and she said its to small to be an STI. would that be true? Its been two months and it hasnt healed or changed
