What Causes Sore On The Upper Lip?
Hello, Today I went to get a sore on my upper lip swabbed. The doctor thinks it is HSV I. I felt the bump yesterday night and popped it, like I would with a pimple, because I was unaware of this possibility. I am worried because while showering, I cut myself shaving my genitals. When I got out of the shower, I checked the pimple and felt it. After, I washed my hands with plain soap and water, but not for the whole 20 seconds recommended. I think went a touched the cut from shaving to see if it was okay. Could I have passed the viral infection, even if I did wash my hands before hand? Thanks.
