Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

I suggest a possibility of either Inflammatory acne lesions Or a bacterial skin infection i.e a furuncle or a boil.
I suggest you to visit a dermatologist for a confirmatory diagnosis as well as appropriate prescription.
If I was the treating doctor I would have started you on one of the Oral antibacterial, usually given for skin infections e.g Azithromycin. Azithromycin is also effective for inflammatory acne lesions.
Topically, I would advice an antiinflammatory antibacterial gel/ cream, e.g nadifloxacin 1%, twice daily.
An OTC oral antiinflammatory e,g ibuprofen once or twice daily will provide you symptomatic relief from pain and swelling.

Regards
