What Causes Sore Ridges Under Tongue With Pink Bumps?
I have these sore ridges under my tongue that I woke up with today. The ridges aren't made up of bumps, but of little finger like things about 2mm long. They seem to be growing on the two lines of tighter skin you have under your tongue. there are also a couple tiny pink bumps scattered underneath as well.
