What Causes Sore Spots On The Forehead?
I have had bad post nasal drip thought to be allergy related but OTCs for allergy don t make a huge difference. I touch parts of my forehead and sides of my head and they are sore. So are the glands under my ears. I have no fever and feel fine enough though tired--feels immuned suppressed. Is there anything other than treating it like allergies I should do? I don t have any of the other common allergy symptoms -- I sneeze a few times a week, maybe my nose is a little itchy.

Your symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction.
I suggest using antihistamines such as Benadryl.
I also suggest using Calmine lotion for local relief.
