Hello,
Intestinal disorders,
stomach flu, gastrointestinal infections, liver dysfunction, IBS and
acid reflux or developing ulcer (esophageal / stomach), etc., can cause such symptoms. You are suggested to avoid taking junk oily food, packaged and frozen food. Stay away from food that triggers allergy. Take food in time, take home made balanced food. Take well cooked veggies, fruits, whole cereals. etc. Avoid hard to digest food, stay away from full fat dairy products, refined flour,
trans fat, cheese, etc.
Avoid
constipation, stay well hydrated and take laxatives at bed time. Take boiled food for a couple of days. Take PPIs and antacids when needed. Take anti diarrheal medicine. Take liver tonics. You are suggested to get clinically examined, get liver function tests, CBC,
urinalysis, stool (R/E and C/S), imaging tests done so that treatment can be started at the earliest.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
