Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms you are suffering from the symptoms of acid reflux only and choking of throat is due to irritation , inflammation and swelling caused by the acid..
The dry mouth can be due to the side effects of medications that you might be taking for acid reflux or due to any other medications..
Nothing to worry as it will be resolved..
You should consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and for acid reflux he can advise you to take Proton Pump Inhibitors like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole.
Antacids like Milk of Magnesia has to be taken half an hour before meals..
Drink plenty of water.
Avoid spicy and acidic foods as well as avoid large and heavy meals.
Take small portions of food every 2 to 3 hours.
Take your dinner atleast 2 to 3 hours before sleep..
Always take a short walk after meals.
While sleeping keep your head slightly raised as compared to feet to prevent acid from coming to mouth..
If you are obese try loosing weight..
For dry mouth you can chew sugarfree chewing gums as it stimulate saliva flow.
Over the counter salivary substitutes "Artificial saliva" agents are available in market that can be instilled multiple times in mouth for lubrication..
Using a humidifier in your room can also add up to humidity and relieve dryness to some extent..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
