What Causes Sore Throat After Intercourse?

Hello i am a 28 yr old female and i recently had a threesome with another female and my boyfriend and now I believe i have strep throat ,this isnt the first time i engaged with the female and i do recall having a sore throat the past time as well only now it is much worse , my tonsils are swollen huge and red with with very distinctive stripes .

Yes,this looks like throat infection and it is questionable what exact cause is. If there was oral sex involved then it may be gonnorhea or chlamydia pharingitis so STD should be ruled out.. Otherwise it may be strep and in this case penicillin should be used.
