What Causes Sore Throat Along With Blocked Nose And Wheezing?

I have some cold symptoms. I wake up with a sore throat. My nose is stuffy when I go to bed and wake up. Tight chest, some wheezing. Fatigue, but no fever. This feels like a virus, but it s been going on for a week. Is this something that can be treated by anything besides vitamins, fluids, and rest?

Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection.

I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.

I also recommend using throat spray for local application.

I suggest you drink liquids and rest.
