Sore throat along with chest congestion and chest pain seems to be due to upper respiratory tract infection and spread of infection from respiratory tract to lungs causing lung infection. I would suggest you to visit pulmonologist once and get it examined. You should go for throat swab test and get blood tests done and start treatment after proper diagnosis. You should do warm saline gargles. You should take steam inhalation. You should take antiallergic medication such as Levocetirizine. Take proper course of antibiotic along with mucolytic agents.
