Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from Viral infection leading to fever and sore throat..
It can be superseded by Bacterial infection..
Difficulty in swallowing seems to be due to Pharyngitis and Tonsillitis..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can do a throat swab culture as well as blood tests and Immunoglobulin G levels to rule out the exact cause of the problem and treat you accordingly..
In case of Viral infection anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen can be advised..
Acetaminophen can be taken for fever..
You should also do warm saline gargles 3 to 4 times a day..
Do steam inhalation and suck throat lozenges..
You can sip.plenty of warm water..
Avoid spicy and chilled foods and take sufficient rest..
In case of Bacterial infection antibiotics can be taken along with all other remedies as advised above..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.

Hi,
Having h/o fever, tiredness, fatigue and sweating with severe throatpain indicates that you might be having acute upper respiratory tract infection, mostly bacterial.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine like Azithromicin for 3-5 days.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Do warm salt water gargles.
Avoid cold drinks, fried and junk food.
Ok and tke care.
