What Causes Sore Throat Along With Dizziness And Neck Pain?

Hi, I was wondering if you could help me get some insight to what I have, it started yesterday when I woke up with a sore throat and then throughout the day I felt dizzy and my back and neck started to hurt really bad and I’ve woke up this morning and it is extremely painful to swallow and it hurts when I pee and I feel like it’s not all coming out, what going on?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may have got streptococcal tonsillitis /pharyngitis which is causing throat pain. Post streptococcal glomerulonephritis is also common which may be troubling you to pass the urine. If the same patient comes to me I advice tablet. Azee 500mg once a day for 3days. Tab. combiflamm twice a day for 3days. Warm salt water gargle 4 times a day. Plenty of fluids and rest. Stay healthy.
