What Causes Sore Throat Along With Headache And Joint Aches?

My 10 year old son has had a sore throat for almost 3 months. He also complains of headaches and aching joints. I don t know what more to do. He has been to the ENT, an allergy specialist and had a CT scan of his throat. He still hasn t had any relief. What could be wrong.
