What Causes Sore Throat Along With Headaches And Swollen Lymph Nodes?

Sore throat, headaches, can t smell or taste, swollen lymph nodes on left side of neck, dry mouth, loss of appetite, bruises easily, arm/shoulder pain, immobile pinky, right hand is duskier than the other one, loss of sensation of pinky, right side is weaker, focal dystonia?, shoulder pain on both sides keeps me up at night

It could be due to an infection somewhere. Stay a short course of antibiotics for five to seven days.
