What Causes Sore Throat Along With Low Grade Fever And Headache?

For the last 8 days, I ve had a sore throat with a yellow spot on one side of my throat, a low grade fever of 101.2, chills, sinus discharge within the last 3 days (yellow striped with blood), fatigue, and inability to exercise. Also, I had a headache in the very beginning of this virus. Also, diarrhea and clogged ears that are ringing.

This is due to infection.
Advice
1.     Levocetirizine 5 mg daily per oral for 5 days
2.     Cefixime 100 mg every 12 hours per oral for 7 days
3.     Take rest for few days
4.     Take paracetamol 5oo mg orally when fever occurs
5.     Ranitidine 150 mg twice daily per oral for 15 days
6.     Do gargle with slight warm salt water four times daily
7.     Do not eat heavily at a time. Eat smaller meals
8.     Do not lie down immediately after meal
9.     Avoid dust, smoking, alcohol, dry environment and spicy food
10.     Avoid coffee and tea after meal
11.     Consult an ENT specialist for general examination of your nasal passage and ear
