What Causes Sore Throat Along With Red Lumps In The Throat?

Hi. I have had a sore throat for about 2 days. I initially associated this with my seasonal allergies starting, however, I have red lumps in the back of my throat and my tongue is a little white, and mouth tastes awful. I am wondering if I should go to urgent care or let it ride out? I don t have my tonsils, or think it is strep throat, but it is hard to swallow. Thanks!

worm saline gurgling and systemic antibiotic like ezythrocin 500 mg 4 times in morning. consult ent doctor for examination and diagnosis.noneed to go to urgent care.
