Hello & welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are having upper respiratory tract infection.

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you treat
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
Plenty of fluids ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Paracetamol for pain & fever
& Macrolide Antibiotic .

I will suggest you to please consult your ENT doctor because here clinical examination is very important to diagnose the real fact and accordingly treatment may be planed.
