What Causes Sore Throat And Fever?

Hi, my name is Alex...starting Wednesday around 4pm I had developed a fever and the fever went away after 24 hours and hasn t come back...but through all of this I had an extremely sore throat...is it possible I can have strep if my fever is gone? Hope you can let me know.

hello

well it is unlikely that you are having a strep infection since you do not have fever, however i cannot confirm this and i would like you to meet your ent doctor , who will examine you and do the necessary tests.
