    I have gone through your query and being your physician i completely understand your health  concerns.
     what is ur age? For how long u are suffering from it? Any other associated problem? like 
diabetes or hypertension? Any history of TB in past or exposure to TB? Are u running fever? any 
lymph node enlargement in neck?
     Deviated 
nasal septum is one of major cause of the  recurrent 
throat infection. All u need is to stay calm and meet ENT surgeon , so that u can be properly examined and investigated.
    You may need antibiotics as well as ant iallergic medications along with the anti inflammatory drugs too.
 Deviated nasal septum , if symptomatic , need to be treated surgically .
 Meet  ENT surgeon.
             Meanwhile stay calm and use 
acetaminophen to relieve pain and fever . Avoid  
cold food , daily use saline gargles
