What Causes Sore Throat And Nasal Block Upon Lying Down?

3 weeks ago i randomaly ran i high fever and since then i have woke up every morning and felt like death. Sore throat to the point where i cant swollow, voice is gone, headache. Once i get up and get going it all goes away throughout the day and i feel absolutley fine, which is why i havent gone to the doctor. But as soon as i lay down in bed i start getting a sore throat and feel the need to clear my throat. Also, i sound like i have a cold even when i am not stuffy. (Probably sinuses) Anyway should i go to the doctor?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to allergic condition and this could be more intense in case of emotional stress, the best medicine to get rid of this is "Tab Loratadine with Pseudoephedrine" three times in day, have voice rest, avoid spicy food, hyperacidity need to be ruled out too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day,
