What Causes Sore Throat And Nasal Congestion?

Hi, About 5 days ago I noticed I was starting to get a sore throat and stuffy nose accompanied by a lot more than normal vaginal discharge. There has been no smell or itching, just a lot of whitish yellowish discharge. Along with this, I developed a goopy eye 2 days ago. When I woke up the 2nd day, My eye was swollen shut and was swollen for most of the day yesterday. It is almost back to normal but now the other eye is getting goopy. My question is, is this common with a common cold? because Ive never experienced the vaginal discharge or goopy swollen eyes with a cold before.

@ Swollen eye may be in association with upper respiratory viral
infection including sore throat and nasal congestion via some
bacteria or virus

@ Vaginal discharge is a separate entity , needs gynec evaluation .
