Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your throat and voice issue.

As the your history you had a louder screaming since last some days because of that there may be laryngeal muscle spasm or edema to larynx. These two most probable causes are reason behind your hoarseness of voice or usability to speak properly.

You may have also allergic laryngitis or esophagitis because of acid reflux to throat from stomach during night.

You need to take antiallergic medication in consultation with your doctor and also stop talking to get your voice back as soon as possible. Also take PPI like pantoprazole for registration if any.

If you use your voice box it will lead to more edema or more inflammation to larynx.

Hope my answer will help you and visit us back if you have any questions further.

Regards
Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
