What Causes Sore Throat And Pain In Eyes Along With Sinus Congestion?

I have been sick for 7 days. It started out with a razor sore throat, that night my eyes hurt to move them, my head hurt to touch. I was sick. Next day I had laryngitis and sinus congestion, lasted 4 days. Thought I was getting better, but today is day seven, my right ear hurts, my right eye hurts, my right side of face is tender to touch, my right tonsil is swollen with a white streak. Throat is raw and it hurts to touch right side of neck. Is this just a virus or should I go to the Dr. I have had nasal drainage and nose bleeding, a cough that is wet from throat drainage.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
It is a pharyngitis which is nothing but an infection or inflammation of the throat or tonsils.
Consult a general practitioner and start a short course of antibiotics preferably amoxclav.
Do warm saline gargles for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
Wishing all the best.
Thanks
