What Causes Sore Throat And Rash On Upper Arms And Chest?

Two days ago, I started with a sore throat and a fever that was accompanied with chills. The fever was higher yesterday but has since subsided. Today, I have a sore throat and a rash thats mostly found on my upper arms and chest (not very itchy). Can you tell me what this might be?
