What Causes Sore Throat And Red Veins And Lumps In Back Of Throat?

Hello, i have a very sore throat, i can see little red veins and about 3 little lumps at the back of my throat and it really hurts to swallow. I have had my sore throat for 2 whole days now and this morning it is still as bad as it was on the 1st day. What is it and is it serious?

Hi , your clinical history is suggestive of tonsillopharyngitis .

To get relief you have to start antiseptic mouthwash , Plenty of fluids , Paracetemol + Ibuprofen combination , Antibiotic azithromycin , Vit C for 5 days.
