What Causes Sore Throat And Redness Of The Eyes While On Aspirin?

I had red eyes, raw sore nasal cavity, ear clogged like an echo chamber with swoshing sounds like my heartbeat, and sore throat lasting for four weeks or more. Some days the eye redness would disappear and then appear again a few days later. I don t think it was pink eye. I used chloraseptic lozanges, gargling with salt, lemon and warm water, gargling with mouth wash, night quil, day quil, using zcam, and aspirin but raw sore nasal cavity and eyes red continued for four weeks. I don t drink, drugs, or smoke. What was this illness? I still occasionally hear swoshing at night like my heartbeat.
