What Causes Sore Throat And Shortness Of Breath While Talking And Laughing?

Hi I have been experiencing shortness of breath while talking, laughing and general day to day occurrence,I do get sore throat and mucus problems, Ive had chest xray, asthma test, bloods,only thing showing was,low folate, I m feeling more anxious now, any help

what about lung function tests ? they show if there is any problem in the respiratory disorder
