What Causes Sore Throat, Fever And Tender Glands On Right Side?

My husband began complaining of a bad sore throat on Monday. He also had cold symptoms. He said he was feeling better Wednesday, but now he is running a fever and his glands on the right side are very tender to the touch. Should I wait it out or call his Doctor?

Yes its pharyngitis and is bad because infection of throat has increased much. Fever is the sign of that. Please sell immediate medical care.
