As per your complain the symptoms of sore throat, coughing, headache,heavy breathing and loss of voice or Laryngitis can be due to causes like upper respiratory tract infection [ most common], bronchitis, lung infection, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease etc.. I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist or a Pulmonologist and get evaluated and he can do a clinical evaluation and also advise you investigations like Throat swab culture, complete blood picture and chest x ray to rule out the exact cause of the infection and treat you accordingly.. You can be advised a coure of antibiotics like Augmentin, Levofloxacin, Azithromycin etc, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Advil, decongestants like Pseudoephadrine, anti allergics and cough suppressants like Dextromethorphan.. Warm saline gargles,steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room. Do warm compresses over chest.. Drink plenty of warm water and take a soft diet.. Avoid spicy and chilled foods..
