What Causes Sore Throat, Joint Pain And Rashes All Over The Body?

I m 62, female and Have had a slight sore throat several days, joint pain, no real fever, tiredness and today I suddenly have a rash over the trunk of my body plus splotches in several other places. Have eaten nothing new or been in contact with anything new that could cause allergies. Earlier in the year I had severe pneumonia and shortly after that diagnosed with a melanoma but the biopsies from the large tissue removed and lymph nodes came back clear. Any ideas what could be causing this sore throat, joint pain and rash?

Hi. Your symptoms are suggestive of a viral fever given the rash, joint pain and malaise. This should subside on its own, else you may need to see your physician for a blood work up.
