What Causes Sore Throat, Nasal Congestion And Stomach Upset While On Omnaris?

I have had issues with not feeling well for almost a year. Sinus, stuffy nose, sore throat, stomach upset. Ear aches. Sometimes I feel like I have chills then I do feel warm, Things had settled down until this week. Bit of a headache on left side of forehead, Very sore throat, stuffy nose even while using Omnaris. Stomach upset, feels nausea off and on with lower gas.

I really appreciate your concern, the given all the symptoms are suggestive of sinusitis and if I would be doctor of this case then I would suggest the following treatment and medication for that, Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen three times in day,,, Tab Loratadine with Pseudoephedrine three times in day, have hot drink, and try steam inhalation too, else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
