General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection. It can be a coronavirus. I suggest to test for COVID-19.
Meanwhile, I suggest taking Tylenol or Ibuprofen for the fever. I also suggest to take vitamin C and vitamin D supplements. I recommend to rest and drink liquids.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
