What Causes Sore Throat, Painful And Red Spots On Palate?

I have red spots on the roof of my mouth (middle to back), when I touch my tongue to this area it tastes bloody and it is painful. I also have a slight sore throat and when I swallow sometimes I get a sharp pain in my right inner ear. Any idea what is causing all of these symptoms?

The red spots can be due to many causes including viral infection, allergy to some drug or food , and i would like you to meet your ent doctor for examination and finding out the cause for the spots , once the cause is known , you can be treated appropriately.
