What Causes Sore Throat, Severe Headache, Cough And Runny Nose?

As per your query you have symptoms of sore throat, severe headache, cough and runny nose which probably occur due to sinusitis and postnasal drip. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles several times a day. Avoid sharp and spicy food and take steam twice a day. Consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order test like swab test , blood test to rule out condition like acid reflux and strep throat. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with nasal decongestant. Maintain proper hygiene. Take paracetamol for fever and headache. Drink plenty of water and liquids.

As per your complain sore throat, head cold, headache, cough and runny eyes and nose are all due to viral infection that can be due to upper respiratory tract infection or common cold or can be due to Influenza or flu..
I would suggest you to consult a General Physician and get evaluated and he can advise yo supportive treatment like decongestants like Phenylephrine and mucolytics like ambroxol..
You can also be advised anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprfen..
Warm saline gargles, steam inhalations and using a cool mist humidifier can help..
Chew a Vitamin C pellet daily..
Avoid spicy and chilled foods.
Sip on warm water and other warm fluids like soups, broath etc..
