General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Sore throat that has further increased the inability to swallow, bloating with pain in abdomen, vomiting and diarrhoea can be due to the following reasons:
- Infected material for throat and tonsil going to the intestines causing infection of the gastrointestinal tract and abdominal symptoms
- Antibiotic and medicines causing such symptoms, however, since you have not mentioned any treatment, it is difficult to say

Consult your doctor immediately for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations. Tests of throat swab, blood, urine and stool, and ultrasound of abdomen. Get started on an appropriate antibiotic cover. Get admitted for intravenous fluids to maintain water and electrolyte balance as you cannot have anything orally, intravenous antibiotic cover, and proper anti-inflammatory medicines along with PPI like Pantoprazole, liquid Povidone iodine gargles.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
