What Causes Sore Throat, Tightness In Chest And Headache?

Hi, I have a sore throat, tight feeling in my chest, blocked nose, head ache and my left arm, neck and back are aching! Feeling a little light headed to! What can this be please? I have my inhaler and I have been taking paracetamols! I have had this since last Thursday and I feel like I'm getting worse!

Hi, these are the symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection but u had not mentioned about fever.u will require full course of antibiotics and other symptomatic treatment. U go to your phydician,he will prescribe that,don't worry its not a big problem.
