What Causes Sore Throat With Cough And Watering Eyes After A Flu Shot?
Had a scratchy throat all week but I continued with my usual 8 miles a day running, etc. This morning I had a flu shot then I ran. Around 1PM my throat sort of closed up and I started coughing uncontrollably, also it burned. My eyes started burning, were bloodshot and emitting a viscous yellow liquid. I took a ninety minute nap and when I woke I had pools of the yellow stuff in both corners of my eyes. my husband put visions drops in my eyes and I took a 24 hour non drowsy antihistamine and went to dinner. Thru dinner my symptoms subsided almost as quickly as they came on. I am left with slight chills, achiness and no fever. Have any answers? Thank you sincerely YYYY@YYYY

Viral. Take a little rest and good diet. Anti inflammatory medications can be taken for aches pains... just use antiseptic gargling soln. viral.will take its own time to go- rest u seem fit as per ur running schedule
