What Causes Sore Throat With Ear Pain And White Sores On Gum Line?
Hi doc I am 24 and in just the last two days I have experienced a sore throat, earache, and right under my chin on the left side it s tender to the touch. Also I have tingling small white sores along the left side of my gum line. I am so scared it s cancer please respond asap

In my opinion, you might be having a throat infection causing tender lymph node below your chin.
White spots on the gum can be oral thrush.
If I were your treating doctor, I would have prescribed penicillin antibiotics + anti inflammatory medicines for 5 to 7 days. Candid mouth paint for oral application.
