What Causes Sore Throat With Swollen Glands?

Hi I have a very severe sore throat I went into a wall in centre today and the doctor states that I don't have any tonsils? They disappear at age 25? Also this feels much worse than a sore throat I can't even swallow water my throat is very red to lok at and white spots on each side also swollen glands

it seems you have granular pharyngitis. according to your symptoms, seems to have due to bacterial infection. take some antibiotics, Tab azithromycin 500 mg ,once a day for 3-5 days.
antiinflammatory. gargle with warm saline water, avoid cold drinks, steam inhalation.
