I have had a sore throat for two days that is worse when I swallow. My nose is beginning to become blocked, but wasn t initially. I am coughing up yellow-orange phlegm. Sneezing is twice as painful as swallowing. I can t open my mouth and breathe through my nose at the same time. The back of my throat is unusually red and initially there was a whitish grey bubble on my left side. This disappeared in a day and another one has formed on the right. I have a normal appetite and am fine aside from the listed symptoms.
I went through the history you have provided here. It seems from the history that you are having sore throat with yellow phlegm. These symptoms indicate upper respiratory tract infection. Since the phlegm is yellow in color this suggested that infection is probably bacterial infective in nature. This needs to be treated by the use of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory rugs, decongestants and mucolytic drugs. You need to consult your doctor for examination and treatment.
Hope this is helpful to you.
