What Causes Sore Throat,ear Ache And Swollen Lymph Nodes?

I have had a minor sore throat and ear ache on the right side for more than a week, along with sore knots on the crown of my head neck, right face and jaw, and swollen lymph nodes. I got a diagnosis of cellulitis and a prescription for Cefdenir 300 mg on wednesday but am getting steadily worse-now have fever and headache. I work outdoors-ticks, mosquitoes, assassin bugs around here

Sounds like a dental infection spreading into forming a cellulitis of the face and neck. Tooth infections can radiate pain to the ear and the throat, neck region. I would recommend Intravenous antibiotics and hospitalisation for a couple of days to manage the infection. Also to run blood tests and some culture/sensitivity tests to identify the pathogen and initiate specific treatment.
