What Causes Sore Throat,headaches And Body Aches?

I have a sore throat, headaches, body aches, and I'm really tired. Plus my lympnodes on the back of my neck are really swollen. I went to the doctor Thursday, and mono came back negative, along with strep. Do you have any clue what's going on with me?
